​Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Inner Wave Movement (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By booking a session or workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide 1:1 sessions, packages, and group workshops focused on movement, breathwork, Reiki, and holistic wellbeing.

  • Sessions are for personal growth and relaxation. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

  • We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our booking system, email, or WhatsApp.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book.

  • Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Packages must be paid in full in advance and are non-transferable.

  • Prices are listed in GBP and may change at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

  • Group workshops are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date if requested at least 7 days in advance.

5. Packages

  • Sessions within packages must be used within the specified time frame (usually 6–12 months).

  • Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibility

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

  • You are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session.

  • You agree to participate at your own risk and to follow any guidance given during sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or after sessions, except where caused by our negligence.

  • You acknowledge that participation in physical or energy-based practices involves some inherent risk.

8. Privacy

  • We will handle your personal information in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

  • By booking, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources shared during sessions and workshops remain the property of Inner Wave Movement.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
